An apartment complex next to the church was boarded up and left as it was. Here is one of the apartments almost 3 years later.

One of the women from Berean Bible Church (where we stayed) had us to her home for crawfish and shrimp.  Okay so i'm not a big seafood, let alone when it has whiskers and a face still attached.  Josh (on the left) helped me out and broke the head off and dug out the actual meat. So I can officially say that I have had crawfish--UGH!  Here's a pic of Josh and Collin having fun with their food!

Christian Unity Baptist Church is a Church we went to on Easter. Around the block from it was this church. This is a view from the sidewalk looking into the window. Pews were strewn and the church is left ravished and torn as you can kind of see.

Cliteal is a woman from Christian Unity. She came to Berean to cook for us---mmhhh...good southern grub, fried catfish and all!
